摘要:
目的：对综合护理干预措施实施后，剖宫产后切口愈合及瘢痕形成情况进行评估，旨在为后续的临床护理工作提供参考。方法：2020年5月至2021年5月在广西桂平市人民医院就诊的40例剖宫产产妇为此次研究样本，通过随机分组，分为研究组、对照组，每组20例，上述组别分别给予综合护理干预措施、常规护理措施。结果：与对照组相比，研究组护理满意度较高，P＜0.05，统计学分析有意义；研究组切口甲级愈合情况高于对照组，研究结果有意义（P＜0.05）；两组术后瘢痕形成情况分析显示，研究组优于对照组，统计学分析有意义（P＜0.05）；研究组术后并发症及住院天数优于对照组，研究结果有意义（P＜0.05）。结论：综合护理干预的实施可行性较高，可以帮助产妇实现最佳预后，推广及应用价值较高。
Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the wound healing and scar formation after cesarean section after the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention measures, in order to provide reference for follow-up clinical nursing work. Methods: From May 2020 to May 2021, 40 pregnant women with cesarean section in Guiping Peoples Hospital of Guangxi were selected as the study samples. They were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The above groups were given comprehensive nursing intervention measures and routine nursing measures respectively. Results: Compared with the control group, nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher, P<0.05, which was statistically significant the grade A wound healing of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the results were significant (P<0.05) the analysis of scar formation in the two groups showed that the study group was better than the control group, which was statistically significant (P<0.05) the postoperative complications and hospital stay in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the results were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention is feasible, which can help pregnant women achieve the best prognosis, and has high promotion and application value.
