摘要:
5G的商用加速了ICT行业与传统行业的融合,人才需求数量和质量都有较大的提升,给高职教育带来巨大挑战。调研了江苏省内27个ICT行业校企合作项目,并发放了调查问卷。基于调查数据,采用多元线性回归分析方法,得出教师能力、平台建设、学生留用率、办学时间、产业适配度与体制机制是ICT行业校企合作水平的六个主要影响因素,且以这些因素组成的回归方程显著地预测“校企合作水平”这一结论,对高职院校开展深层次校企合作项目具有较好的参考意义。
Abstract:
The commercialization of 5G has accelerated the integration of ICT industry and traditional industries, and the quantity and quality of talent demand have been greatly improved, bringing great challenges to higher vocational education. 27 school-enterprise cooperation projects in ICT industry in Jiangsu province were investigated and a questionnaire was issued. Based on the survey data, using multiple linear regression analysis method, it is concluded that "teacher ability, platform construction, student retention rate, school running time, industrial fitness and institutional mechanism" are the six main influencing factors of the school enterprise cooperation level in ICT industry, and the regression equation composed of these factors can significantly predict the conclusion of "school-enterprise cooperation level". This conclusion has a good reference significance for higher vocational colleges to carry out deep-seated school-enterprise cooperation projects.
