摘要:
目的：研究卫生检验领域人才需求现况，思考探索职业院校卫生检验与检疫技术专业设置与人才培养方式。方法：通过调研全国99家卫生检验领域用人单位，分析本行业领域的人才需求量和当前主要岗位群，同时运用Likert五级量度表对本领域人才的职业素质、能力、知识等3个维度共32个指标进行重要性评价。结果：100%的受调研单位在未来三年对高职层次卫生检验人员有用人需求；本领域目前核心岗位（群）主要为卫生微生物检验岗位和食品、水质和空气等理化检验岗位；32项卫生检验人员综合素质评价指标重要性赋值均在4分以上。结论：卫生检验领域高职层次人才整体行业生存空间大；以国家教学标准为指导的专业课程体系设置与产业契合情况好；数字化改造形势下，四新技术的融合和职业素养的培养将是今后专业人才培养的主要探索方向。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the current situation of personnel demand in the field of health inspection, furthermore, and to explore the professional setting and talent training mode of health inspection and quarantine technology in vocational colleges. Methods: By investigating 99 employers in the field of health inspection in China, the demand for talents in this field and the current main job groups were analyzed. At the same time, the importance of 32 indicators in three dimensions of professional quality, ability and knowledge of talents in this field was evaluated by Likert five level scale. Results: 100% of the surveyed units needed useful people for health inspectors at higher vocational level in the next three years at present, the core posts (groups) in this field are mainly sanitary microbiological inspection posts and physical and chemical inspection posts such as food, water quality and air the importance of 32 comprehensive quality evaluation indexes of health inspectors was assigned more than 4 points. Conclusion: There is a large living space for higher vocational talents in the field of health inspection the setting of professional curriculum system guided by national teaching standards is in good agreement with the industry under the situation of digital transformation, the integration of four new technologies and the cultivation of professional quality will be the main exploration direction of professional talent training in the future.
