摘要:
膝骨关节炎是一种主要表现为疼痛、肿胀、活动受限，甚至残疾的退行性病变。中医外治法治疗膝关节炎有数千年的历史，可根据患者的病情，辨证论治，灵活使用针灸、推拿、针刀、熏洗、贴敷等治疗，既安全、操作简便，又可显著改善患者的症状。文章通过文献检索，对中医外治法治疗膝骨关节炎的研究进行综述，以期为临床中医外治法治疗膝骨关节炎提供更多的依据和思路。
Abstract:
Knee osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease characterized mainly by pain, swelling, limited mobility, and even disability. According to the patients condition, it can be treated according to syndrome differentiation, and flexibly use acupuncture, massage, needle knife, fumigation and application. It is not only safe and easy to operate, but also can significantly improve the patients symptoms. Through literature search, this paper summarizes the research on the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, in order to provide more basis and ideas for the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
