摘要:
目前非自杀性自伤（non-suicidal self-injury，NSSI）在全世界逐渐蔓延，其高发人群是青少年，严重威胁青少年的心身健康，成为全世界重大的公共卫生问题。青少年NSSI发病机理及理论模型多样复杂，包括基因及情绪、脑神经功能、易化成瘾、生理及神经递质失调等机制，目前相关研究缺乏实证性证据；影响因素包括个体因素、环境因素、生活事件等；理论模型包括动机模型及形成模型等。目前对于青少年NSSI的相关研究尚需进一步发展。
Abstract:
At present, non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) is gradually spreading all over the world. Its high incidence group is teenagers, which has seriously threatened the mental and physical health of teenagers and has become a major public health problem all over the world. The pathogenesis and theoretical models of NSSI in teenagers are diverse and complex, including gene and emotion, brain nerve function, predisposing addiction and physiology and neurotransmitter disorders etc. At present, the relevant research is lack of empirical evidence.The influencing factors include individual factors, environmental factors and life events etc. The theoretical model includes motivation model and formation model. At present, the research on NSSI in adolescents needs further development.
