广西桂冠岩滩水光互补光伏发电项目一期工程,需建设1座110 kV变电站、110 kV送出线路及湖区16个发电单元等工作,文章阐述了该公司在工程管理中不断创新工作方法,采用新工艺、新举措,大幅度提高工作效率,仅在88天的施工周期内,完成65 MWP全容量一次并网发电成功。
Abstract:
The phase I project of Guangxi guiguanyantan water light complementary photovoltaic power generation project requires the construction of a 110 kV substation, 110 kV transmission line and 16 power generation units in the lake area. The company has continuously innovated working methods in project management, adopted new processes and measures, greatly improved work efficiency, and completed 65 MWP full capacity grid connected power generation in a 88 days construction cycle.
