摘要:
颈椎病颈痛在临床上常以颈肩部的疼痛、僵硬、活动受限为前屈表现。肌肉能量技术与其他技术结合治疗能够有效改善颈椎关节活动度,降低压痛阈值,放松肌肉,提高肌肉力量,但是需要进一步去研究证明并完善肌肉能量技术的标准、单独应用疗效以及追踪治疗后远期效果,文章对肌肉能量技术的基本操作技术及近几年国内外应用肌肉能量技术治疗颈椎病颈痛的临床研究进行归纳,以期为今后应用肌肉能量技术的深入研究提供参考。
Abstract:
Cervical pain in cervical spondylosis is often characterized by pain, stiffness and limited movement of the neck and shoulder. The combination of muscle energy technology and other technologies can effectively improve the range of motion of cervical joints, reduce the tenderness threshold, relax muscles and improve muscle strength. However, further research is needed to prove and improve the standard of muscle energy technology, the curative effect of single application and the long-term effect after follow-up treatment. This paper summarizes the basic operation technology of muscle energy technology and the clinical research on the application of muscle energy technology in the treatment of cervical pain of cervical spondylosis at home and abroad in recent years, in order to provide reference for the in-depth research of the application of muscle energy technology in the future.
