目的:试验确定动态加压速热灭菌对中药粉及最终产品的最优工艺条件并对其有效成分进行对比。方法:对3种常见灭菌方式进行对比,将有效成分、微生物限度值为指标,评价优化的动态加压速热灭菌工艺,以及湿热灭菌法及干热灭菌法对当归、黄芪、三七三种中药粉灭菌前后品质的影响。结果:动态加压速热灭菌工艺条件为170℃、灭菌时间为6 s,灭菌率达100%。3种不同灭菌方式的微生物限度值对比为,动态加压速热灭菌法>湿热灭菌法>干热灭菌法;结论:动态加压速热灭菌工艺能保证黄芪、三七等原生粉微生物限度符合要求,并且效果较常规灭菌方法优,有望替代中药粉的常规灭菌技术。
Abstract:
Objective: To determine the optimal process conditions of dynamic pressure rapid thermal sterilization for traditional Chinese medicine powder and final products, and compare its effective components. Methods: Three common sterilization methods were compared, and the effective components and microbial limit values were used as indicators to evaluate the optimized dynamic pressure rapid heat sterilization process, as well as the effects of damp heat sterilization and dry heat sterilization on the quality of Angelica sinensis, Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng before and after sterilization. Results: The process condition of dynamic pressure rapid heat sterilization was 170 ℃, the sterilization time was 6 s, and the sterilization rate was 100%. The microbial limit values of three different sterilization methods were compared as follows: dynamic pressure rapid heat sterilization > damp heat sterilization > dry heat sterilization. Conclusion: The dynamic pressure rapid thermal sterilization process can ensure that the microbial limit of Astragalus membranaceus, Panax notoginseng and other raw powders meet the requirements, and the effect is better than the conventional sterilization method. It is expected to replace the conventional sterilization technology of traditional Chinese medicine powder.
