摘要:
文章分析了高职院校现代学徒制人才培养路径探索的意义、现代学徒制的现状及相关问题，并以广西安全工程职业技术学院为例，从学院的实际出发，对消防工程技术专业的现代学徒制人才培养模式进行了探索，通过校企深入合作，调整了课程体系，制定了课程标准，组建了校企双向融合的师资队伍，共享实习实训资源，改革评价机制，取得了较好的效果。
Abstract:
This paper analyzes the significance of exploring the training path of modern apprenticeship talents in higher vocational colleges, the current situation and related problems of modern apprenticeship, and takes Guangxi Vocational College of Saftety Engineering as an example to explore the modern apprenticeship talent training mode of fire engineering technology specialty from the reality of the college. Through the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises, the curriculum system has been adjusted, formulated curriculum standards, the school and enterprise two-way integration of teachers has been set up to share practice and training resources and reform the evaluation mechanism, which has achieved good results.
