摘要:
目的:探索三七药材提取过程中对杂质控制的工艺研究。方法:通过控制淀粉等杂质的含量,降低后工序的处理难度,提高生产效率,提升中间体产品质量。结果:通过调整三七药材提取过程当中的提取方法、提取温度、提取时间,能确定最佳提取方法,并对鞣酸、纤维、黄酮类及氨基酸类等杂质含量的降低起重要作用,提升三七总皂苷含量。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the technology of impurity control in the extraction of Panax notoginseng. Methods: By controlling the content of impurities such as starch, the difficulty of post-processing was reduced, the production efficiency was improved and the quality of intermediate products was improved. Results: By adjusting the extraction method, extraction temperature and extraction time in the extraction process of Panax notoginseng, the best extraction method can be determined, which plays an important role in reducing the content of impurities such as tannic acid, fiber, flavonoids and amino acids, and improving the content of total saponins of Panax notoginseng.
