摘要:
随着我国经济的快速发展，房地产行业的快速兴起，人们对住房水平的需求逐步提高。住宅建筑装修行业也随着经济的发展和人们需求的提升，逐渐蓬勃发展，但同时也带来了很多问题。随着BIM技术在建筑领域的应用越来越广，它在项目全周期内的优势日益明显。文章基于国内相关领域的研究现状，分析了BIM技术能够有效提高装修施工效率的作用，协调解决各方面的矛盾，使业主得到满意的装修效果，阐述其在建筑装修工程管理中不可替代的作用。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of Chinas economy and the rapid rise of the real estate industry, peoples demand for housing level has gradually increased. With the development of economy and the improvement of peoples demand, the residential building decoration industry is gradually booming, it has also brings many problems. With the wide application of BIM technology in the construction field, its advantages in the whole project cycle are becoming increasingly apparent. Since BIM technology can effectively improve the efficiency of decoration construction, coordinate the contradictions between various parties, and enable owners to obtain satisfactory decoration effect, it will play an irreplaceable role in the management of building decoration projects.
