摘要:
高职生对智能手机的使用已经是普遍存在的现象,智能手机强大的功能和网络使用的便利也带来其负面影响,手机依赖正在影响着高职生的心理健康发展,文章基于萨提亚理论分析对手机有依赖心理的高职生的现状及原因,探索萨提亚理论运用于高职生手机依赖的心理健康教育工作中,外部持续提供社会支持滋养个体,内在通过整合个体优势资源进行自我觉察,面对真实的自己,调用自我教育功能对手机依赖行为进行积极干预,激发潜能提升对手机依赖的高职生心理资本,实现心理育人的目标。
Abstract:
The use of smart phones by higher vocational students has been a common phenomenon. The powerful function of smart phones and the convenience of network use also bring its negative impact. Obsessive cellphone use disorder is affecting the mental health development of higher vocational students. Based on Satir theory, this paper analyzes the current situation and reasons of higher vocational students who rely on mobile phones, explore the application of Satir theory in the mental health education of obsessive cellphone use disorder of higher vocational students, continuously provide social support externally to nourish individuals, internally conduct self-awareness by integrating individual advantageous resources, face the real self, call the function of self-education to actively intervene in obsessive cellphone use disorder behavior, stimulate potential and improve the psychological capital of higher vocational students who rely on mobile phones, realize the goal of psychological education.
