摘要:
《饭店前厅服务与管理》作为高职酒店管理专业的核心课程，文章阐述了基于职业岗位设计教学模块、设计教学过程、组织教学实施，教学方法和手段丰富多样，突出对学生职业实践能力的培养；重视学生职业态度、职业技能、职业习惯的培养和训练；重视学生课程学习内容与实际工作的一致性。
Abstract:
Hotel Lobby Service and Management, as the core course of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges, this paper expounds the design of teaching modules, design of teaching processes, organization of teaching implementation, rich and diverse teaching methods and means, and highlights the cultivation of students professional practice ability pay attention to the cultivation and training of students professional attitude, professional skills and professional habits pay attention to the consistency between students curriculum learning content and practical work.
