目的：调查分析精神专科医院儿童青少年心理病区儿童少年抑郁症住院患者非自杀性自伤（non-suicidal self-injury，NSSI）行为的发生情况及影响因素。方法：回顾性分析536例儿童少年抑郁症患者的临床资料，将患者分为NSSI组和非NSSI组；比较两组在性别、父母离异、家族史、童年不良事件、汉密尔顿抑郁量表得分等因素的差异。结果：NSSI组459例（85.6%），非NSSI组77例（14.4%）；多因素logistic回归分析结果显示女性、亲子关系不佳、童年不良事件、HAMD得分高是儿童少年抑郁症NSSI的危险因素。结论：儿童少年精神心理科抑郁症住院患者的NSSI行为发生率较高，其危险因素为女性、亲子关系不佳、童年有不良事件、汉密尔顿抑郁量表得分高者。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate and analyze the non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) behavior of children and adolescents with depression in the psychological ward of children and adolescents in psychiatric hospital and its influencing factors. Methods: The clinical data of 536 children and adolescents with depression were retrospectively analyzed and divided into NSSI group and non-NSSI group. The differences between the two groups in gender, parental divorce, family history, childhood adverse events, Hamilton depression scale score and other factors were compared. Results: There were 459 cases (85.6%) in the NSSI group and 77 cases (14.4%) in the non-NSSI group. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that female, poor parent-child relationship, childhood adverse events, and high HAMD score were risk factors for NSSI in children and adolescents with depression. Conclusion: The incidence of NSSI behavior in inpatients with depression in the department of child and adolescent psychiatry is higher, and the risk factors are female, poor parent-child relationship, childhood adverse events, and high score of Hamilton depression scale.
