摘要:
目的：研究讨论血管性痴呆老年患者临床治疗过程中实施康复治疗方案对认知功能障碍的影响。方法：搜集病例时段为2019年1月至2021年6月期间，总计搜集30例血管性痴呆老年患者纳入研究，按照抽签评分方法对老年患者实行分组处置，15例老年患者为一组，组别为对照组、讨论组，分别给予常规西医治疗、康复治疗，针对组间临床治疗效果进行分析。结果：治疗完成后，对照组、讨论组间认知功能评分、痴呆评分、神经功能损伤评分间差异显著，讨论组分值比对照组优异（P＜0.05）；对照组、讨论组间焦虑情绪评分、抑郁情绪评分、生活能力评分间差异显著，讨论组分值比对照组分值优（P＜0.05）；对照组、讨论组间临床治疗疗效间差异显著，讨论组总疗效明显比对照组疗效高，P＜0.05。结论：临床为血管性痴呆老年患者通过常规方案进行治疗时，实施康复治疗方案，神经功能损伤、痴呆病情、认知功能障碍及负性情绪均可获得改善。
Abstract:
Objective: To study and discuss the effect of rehabilitation treatment on cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients with vascular dementia. Methods: The collection of cases was distributed between January 2019 to June 2021. A total of 30 elderly patients with vascular dementia were included in the study. The elderly patients were treated in group according to the lottery scoring method. 15 elderly patients were divided into one group, group as the control group, discussion group, They were given conventional western medicine treatment and rehabilitation treatment respectively, and the clinical treatment effects between the groups were analyzed. Results: After treatment, there were significant differences in the cognitive function score, dementia score, and neurological injury score between the control group and the discussion group. The score of the discussion group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05) there were significant differences in anxiety score, depression score and life ability score between the control group and the discussion group. The score of the discussion group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05) there was significant difference in clinical therapeutic effect between the control group and the discussion group.The total curative effect of the discussion group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Clinically, when elderly patients with vascular dementia are treated with conventional scheme, the implementation of rehabilitation treatment scheme can improve neurological impairment, dementia conditions, cognitive dysfunction, and negative emotion.
