摘要:
慢性腰痛是一类极其常见、严重威胁人类健康的疾病。其中关节突关节源性腰痛可占慢性腰痛病人的15%~45%之多。然而由于门诊或急诊医师所接受的医学专科教育存在个体化差异,常把关节突关节源性腰痛与骶髂关节炎或腰肌劳损混为一谈。文章主要通过对关节突关节源性腰痛的解剖特点、病因病机、诊断及常用治疗等方面来阐述,为临床诊疗提供参考。
Abstract:
Chronic low back pain is a very common disease that seriously threatens human health, and its incidence ranks second among all outpatient diseases. Lumbar zygapophysial joint pain accounts for 15%~45% of patients with chronic low back pain. However, due to the individualized differences in medical education received by outpatient or emergency doctors, lumbar zygapophysial joint pain is often confused with sacroiliac arthritis or lumbar muscle strain. This study mainly expounds the anatomical characteristics, etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and common treatment of lumbar zygapophysial joint pain, so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
