目的:为验证目前广泛使用的DSA屏蔽效果计算方法,选取广西某一医院的DSA机房进行辐射屏蔽效果理论估算与现场监测评价。方法:通过现场勘探收集某DSA机房的详细设计参数,选用使用目前广泛使用的一种屏蔽效果计算方法,探讨机房的防护效果,并在DSA投入运行后,按照相关标准进行辐射环境监测与评价;将理论估算结果与实际监测结果相比较,探讨该屏蔽效果计算方法的适用性。结果:从理论估算结果可知,该DSA机房的整体屏蔽效果良好,在各侧屏蔽体外(墙体、防护门、观察窗等)处的剂量率推算结果均小于限值要求;通过对该项目投入试运行后的辐射环境监测结果可知,该DSA设备机房外的辐射剂量率为环境本底水平。结论:该DSA机房的屏蔽效果能够满足标准规定的剂量率限值要求,但是目前广泛使用的屏蔽效果计算方法存在一定的局限性,仍需进一步开展相关理论及实验研究。
Abstract:
Objective: In order to verify the widely used calculation method of DSA shielding effect, a DSA room in a hospital in Guangxi was selected for theoretical estimation and field monitoring evaluation of radiation shielding effect. Methods: The detailed design parameters of a DSA computer room were collected through field exploration, and a widely used shielding effect calculation method was selected to discuss the protection effect of the computer room. After the DSA was put into operation, the radiation environment was monitored and evaluated according to relevant standards. The applicability of this method is discussed by comparing the theoretical estimation results with the actual monitoring results. Results: From the theoretical estimation results, it can be seen that the overall shielding effect of the DSA machine room is good, and the calculated results of dose rates at the sides of the shielding body (wall, protective door, observation window, etc.) are all lower than the limit requirements. According to the radiation environment monitoring results after the project was put into trial operation, it can be seen that the radiation dose rate outside the DSA equipment room is the environmental background level. Conclusion: The shielding effect of the DSA room can meet the dose-rate limit requirements stipulated in the standard, but the widely used shielding effect calculation method has some limitations, and further theoretical and experimental studies are needed.
