摘要:
目的:通过考察不同的显色液放置时间对血栓通注射液中三七总皂苷含量测定的影响,来验证所采用的分析方法的科学性、准确性和可行性,以充分表明该检验方法的适用性。方法:采用不同放置时间的显色反应液用紫外-可见分光光度法检测,所得的含量结果与高效液相色谱法的结果作比较。结论:显色反应液的放置时间对紫外-可见分光光度法测定血栓通注射液中三七总皂苷含量测定有较大的影响,显色反应液放置30分钟内上紫外-可见分光光度仪检测和对照品溶液与供试品溶液的上机时间差控制在30分钟以内,结果较为准确。
Abstract:
Objective: By investigating the effects of different storage time of chromogenic solution on the determination of total saponins of Panax notoginseng in Xueshuantong injection, to verify the scientificity, accuracy and feasibility of the analytical method, so as to fully show the applicability of the test method. Methods: The color reaction solution with different storage time was detected by UV-visible spectrophotometry. The content results were compared with those of HPLC. Conclusion: The placement time of the color reaction solution has a great influence on the determination of total saponins of Panax notoginseng in Xueshuantong injection by UV-visible spectrophotometry. The results are more accurate when the UV-Visible spectrophotometer is used to detect the color reaction solution within 30 minutes and the time difference between the control solution and the test solution is controlled within 30 minutes.
