摘要:
痛风是临床常见的代谢性关节炎性疾病，常伴多种并发症，是过早死亡的独立预测因子，常用的中医外治方法诸如针刺、电针、刺血、艾灸、中药外用等疗法，具有操作简便、疗效明显、副作用小的优点，文章对单纯针刺治疗、电针治疗、 刺络放血治疗、艾灸疗法、中药外用等中医外治法的研究进展进行综述，对今后的临床研究提供相关的参考。
Abstract:
Gout is a common metabolic arthritis disease in clinic, often accompanied by a variety of complications. It is an independent predictor of premature death. The commonly used external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine, such as acupuncture, electroacupuncture, blood pricking, moxibustion and external use of traditional Chinese medicine, have the advantages of simple operation, obvious curative effect and small side effects. This article reviews the research progress of external treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine, such as simple acupuncture therapy, electroacupuncture therapy, puncture and bloodletting therapy, moxibustion therapy and external application of Traditional Chinese medicine, and provides relevant reference for future clinical research.
