摘要:
目的：观察密集型银质针导热疗法对于中晚期膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：根据标准选取在扶绥县中医医院诊断和治疗的60例中晚期膝关节炎患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。患者入院前完善VAS、Lysholm评分及IL-1和TNF-α检测，入院后，治疗组予银质针治疗，对照组予硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊口服。治疗后1个月、3个月进行随访及复查，分别采用VAS及Lysholm评分表对两组患者治疗后疗效和膝关节疼痛程度进行评分；抽取两组患者患侧膝关节液后，选用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测两组患者治疗后的TNF-α和IL-1含量。结果：在60例观测患者中，治疗组VAS及Lysholm评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组3月后关节液中IL-1和INF-α含量低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：密集型银质针导热治疗法在减轻中晚期膝骨关节炎患者疼痛、减少关节液中的炎症因子、改善关节功能方面具有良好的疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of intensive silver needle heat conduction therapy on the middle and advanced knee osteoarthritis. Methods: According to the criteria, 60 patients with intermediate and advanced knee arthritis diagnosed and treated in Fusui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. VAS, Lysholm score, IL-1 and TNF-α were improved before admission. After admission, the treatment group was treated with silver needle and the control group was treated with glucosamine sulfate capsule. Follow up and reexamination were carried out 1 month and 3 months after treatment. The curative effect and knee pain of the two groups were scored by VAS and Lysholm score table respectively. The content of TNF-α and IL-1 in the knee joint of the two groups after treatment was determined by enzyma-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: Among the 60 observation patients, the vas and Lysholm scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05) the contents of IL-1 and INF-α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after 3 months (P<0.05). Conclusion: Intensive silver needle heat conduction therapy has a good effect on alleviating pain, reducing inflammatory factors in joint fluid and improving joint function in patients with intermediate and advanced knee osteoarthritis.
