摘要:
在“双一流”建设背景下，“双一流”大学图书馆提供的学科服务成为图书馆主动对接高校一流学科建设的重要枢纽,高校图书馆应转变观念,深入支持学科建设。文章对“双一流”建设背景下高校图书馆学科服务的内涵进行了探讨，分析当前高校图书馆在学科服务开展过程中，存在着学科服务制度不健全、服务内容不深入、学科馆员队伍建设不合理等问题。文章提出从建立健全学科服务体制机制、丰富学科服务模式、深化学科服务内容、加强学科馆员队伍建设、制定科学的学科服务评估机制和评估指标体系等途径来提升学科服务的质量与水平。
Abstract:
Under the background of "double first-class" construction, the discipline services provided by "double first-class" university libraries have become an important hub for libraries to actively connect with the construction of first-class disciplines in colleges and universities. University libraries should change their ideas and deeply support discipline construction. This paper discusses the connotation of subject service of university library under the background of "double first-class" construction, and finds that there are some problems in the process of subject service development of university library, such as imperfect subject service system, not in-depth service content, unreasonable construction of subject librarian team and so on. This paper proposes to improve the quality and level of discipline service by establishing and perfecting the discipline service system and mechanism, enriching the discipline service mode, deepening the discipline service content, strengthening the construction of discipline librarian team, and formulating a scientific discipline service evaluation mechanism and evaluation index system.
