摘要:
从新文科背景出发，提出新文科应当是实现学科之间的交叉和融合。质量管理工程专业具有天然的技术应用特质和理工科特点，符合新文科建设特点。文章针对当前南宁学院质量管理工程专业人才培养与新时代人才需求之间存在的不适应，提出在实际能力需求、专业人才培养方案课程体系和实践教学内容三方面进行改革的建议，积极探索新文科背景下的人才培养创新模式，实现学科交叉融合，提高质量管理工程专业学生的相关能力 。
Abstract:
Starting from the background of the new liberal arts, this paper puts forward that the new liberal arts should realize the intersection and integration between disciplines. The specialty of quality management engineering has the characteristics of natural technology application and science and engineering, which is in line with the characteristics of new liberal arts construction. In view of the incompatibility between the current talent training of quality management engineering specialty in Nanning University and the talent demand in the new era, this paper puts forward suggestions to carry out reform in three aspects: actual ability demand, professional talent training scheme, curriculum system and practical teaching content, actively explore the innovative mode of talent training under the background of new liberal arts, and realize the interdisciplinary integration, improve the relevant abilities of students majoring in quality management engineering.
