摘要:
目的：利用文献计量学方法归纳各方使用中药内服治疗急性腰扭伤的用药规律，然后运用网络药理学方法对得出的高频药对进行分析。方法：计算机检索中外数据库，收集有关使用中药内服治疗急性腰扭伤的临床研究。结果：严格按照纳入标准对所检索文献进行筛选，“赤芍-续断”为最高频次药对。通过网络药理学方法分析“赤芍-续断”药对，发现其有效化学成分有35个，对应101个作用靶点，靶点富集出9条信号通路。其中赤芍化合物-苯甲酰芍药苷的关键作用靶点-血浆组织因子显著富集于HIF-1信号通路。结论：赤芍可以通过调控血浆组织因子使其作用于HIF-1信号通路以减少机体因创伤而致的瘀血凝聚症状，推测“赤芍-续断”药对治疗急性腰扭伤具备疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To summarize the medication law of acute lumbar sprain treated by oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine by bibliometric method, and then analyze the high-frequency drug pairs by network pharmacology method. Methods: The Chinese and foreign databases were searched by computer, and the clinical studies on the treatment of acute lumbar sprain by oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine were collected. Results: The retrieved literatures were screened in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria, and "radix paeoniae rubra-dipsacus" was the most frequent drug pair. Through the analysis of "radix paeoniae rubra-dipsacus" drug pair by network pharmacological method, it was found that there were 35 effective chemical components, corresponding to 101 action targets, and 9 signaling pathways were enriched in the targets. Plasma tissue factor, the key target of red peony compound benzoyl paeoniflorin, was significantly enriched in HIF-1 signaling pathway. Conclusion: Radix paeoniae rubra can regulate plasma tissue factor to act on HIF-1 signaling pathway to reduce blood stasis and coagulation symptoms caused by trauma. It is speculated that "radix paeoniae rubra-dipsacus" is effective in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.
