摘要:
内部控制作为企业生产经营活动的自我调节和自我制约的内在机制，处于企业中枢神经系统的重要位置,健全完善的内部控制对保证国有企业贯彻实施国家的方针、政策和法规，有效地防范企业各类风险,促进高质量发展至关重要。文章以LQ集团内部控制数字化管理为例，阐述对搭建内部控制数字化管理的路径思考，通过构建有效的内部控制管理体系，并运用数字化手段升华体系建设、延伸审计维度的应用实践，实现助力企业防控风险、促进企业安全发展的目标。
Abstract:
As the internal mechanism of self-regulation and self-restraint of enterprise production and operation activities, internal control is in an important position in the enterprise central nervous system. A sound and perfect internal control is very important to ensure that state-owned enterprises implement national policies, policies and regulations, effectively prevent various risks of enterprises and promote high-quality development. Taking the digital management of internal control of LQ group as an example, this paper expounds the path thinking of building the digital management of internal control. By building an effective internal control management system, sublimating the system construction and extending the application practice of audit dimension by using digital means, this paper realizes the goal of helping enterprises prevent and control risks and promoting the safe development of enterprises.
