文章以黄河交通学院工程造价专业的实践教学为基础，结合实际工作岗位对工程造价专业人才能力的需求，分析了学科竞赛在黄河交通学院的发展现状，以及学生积极参与专业技能竞赛后，对其能力提高的作用；提出了将职业技能竞赛与专业实践教学有结合的改革方案，以及通过“以赛促学”模式提高工程造价专业人才培养质量的对策。教学实践证明，采用“以赛促学”的培养方法，可以有效地提高学生的专业技能水平和解决实际问题的能力。
Abstract:
Based on the practical teaching of engineering cost majors in Huanghe Jiaotong University, combined with the demand for the ability of engineering cost professionals in actual jobs, this paper analyzes the development status of discipline competition in Huanghe Jiaotong University and the role of students active participation in professional skill competition in improving their ability this paper puts forward the reform scheme of combining vocational skill competition with professional practice teaching, and the countermeasures to improve the training quality of engineering cost professionals through the mode of "promoting learning by competition". Teaching practice has proved that the training method of "promoting learning by competition" can effectively improve students professional skills and the ability to solve practical problems.
