摘要:
输卵管阻塞性不孕影响妇女生理、心理健康以及家庭和谐，是生育年龄夫妇生殖健康的一种常见不良事件，全国著名妇科专家、广西名老中医林寒梅教授强调中西医结合，重视中医理论，主张辨病与辨证相结合，认为输卵管阻塞性不孕的主要病机是本虚标实。肾精亏虚，阴阳平衡失调为本虚，湿热瘀阻、痰湿、瘀血为标实，治疗上主张大补肾精、协调肾阴阳平衡，佐以清热祛湿、益气健脾化痰、活血化瘀，同时注重内治与外治、中西医治疗相结合、情志疗法。
Abstract:
Tubal obstructive infertility affects womens physical and mental health and family harmony. It is a common adverse event for reproductive health of couples of childbearing age. Professor Lin Hanmei, a famous gynecological expert in China and a famous old traditional Chinese medicine in Guangxi, emphasizes the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, attaches importance to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, advocates the combination of disease differentiation and dialectics, and believes that the main pathogenesis of tubal obstructive infertility is the deficiency, the standard and the reality. Deficiency of kidney essence and imbalance of Yin and Yang are the basic deficiency. Dampness heat and blood stasis, phlegm dampness and blood stasis were the standard excess. In the treatment, it is advocated to greatly tonify the kidney essence, coordinate the balance of Yin and Yang of the kidney, as well as clearing away heat and dampness, replenishing Qi, strengthening spleen, resolving phlegm, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. At the same time, it pays attention to internal and external treatment, the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, and emotional therapy.
