文章通过加强医院职工的廉洁教育，进一步提升医院的综合影响力，按照党中央、上级有关文件精神和工作要求，结合医院自身的实际情况，运用讲授法、讨论法、参观教学法、自主学习法等教育方法对医院职工开展廉洁教育。医院廉洁教育的形式较前增多、内容较前丰富，职工的廉洁意识得到增强，医院的综合影响力在稳步提升。医院重视廉洁文化建设，结合单位实际情况加强职工的廉洁教育，能够更进一步促进医院风清气正，为医院健康、快速、高质量发展提供强有力的政治保障。
Abstract:
By strengthening the integrity education of hospital staff, further improving the comprehensive influence of the hospital, according to the spirit of relevant documents and work requirements of the Party Central Committee and higher authorities, and combined with the actual situation of the hospital, this paper carries out integrity education for hospital staff by using teaching methods, discussion methods, visiting teaching methods, autonomous learning methods and other teaching methods. The forms and contents of hospital integrity education are more abundant than before, the employees awareness of integrity has been enhanced, and the comprehensive influence of the hospital is steadily improving. The hospital attaches importance to the construction of clean culture and strengthens the clean education of employees in combination with the actual situation of the unit, which can further promote the clean and positive atmosphere of the hospital and provide a strong political guarantee for the healthy, rapid and high-quality development of the hospital.
