摘要:
青年科技工作者的作为和贡献与他们对自身工作的满意度密切相关,唯有不断提高青年科技工作者的工作满意度,才能让们全心全意投入到科技创新和科技服务中去。通过问卷调查研究发现广西高校青年科技工作者在薪酬与福利、科研条件与制度、生活与职业发展以及自我科研效能感等方面的工作满意度均不高,需从薪资福利保障、科研激励政策和评价选拔和晋升制度三个方面采取相应对策提高青年科技工作者的工作满意度。
Abstract:
The work and contribution of young scientific and technological workers are closely related to their job satisfaction. Only by continuously improving the job satisfaction of young scientific and technological workers, can they devote themselves wholeheartedly to scientific and technological innovation and service. Through the questionnaire survey, it is found that the job satisfaction of young scientific and technological workers in colleges and universities in Guangxi is not high in terms of salary and welfare, scientific research conditions and system, life and career development, and self-efficacy in scientific research. It is necessary to take corresponding countermeasures from three aspects of salary and welfare security, scientific research incentive policy, and evaluation, selection and promotion system to improve the job satisfaction of young scientific and technological workers.
