摘要:
目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定羧甲淀粉钠(浆状)中氯乙酸的残留量。方法:色谱柱为Titank C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 µm);以0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相A,乙腈为流动相B,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为214 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为20 µL。结果:氯乙酸浓度在0.0056 mg/mL~0.2026 mg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=1.0000(n=6),平均回收率为96.2%,RSD为1.14%(n=9)。结论:该方法操作简便、专属准确,可用于测定羧甲淀粉钠(浆状)中氯乙酸残留。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) for the determination of chloroacetic acid residues in sodium carboxymethyl starch(pulp). Methods: The chromatographic column was Titank C18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) the mobile phase a was 0.2% phosphoric acid solution, acetonitrile was the mobile phase B, and gradient elution was carried out the flow rate is 1.0mL/min, the detection wavelength is 214 nm, the column temperature is 30℃, and the sample injection volume is 20μL. Results: Chloroacetic acid showed a good linear relationship with peak area in the concentration range of 0.0056 mg/mL~0.2026 mg/mL, r=1.0000(n=6). The average recovery was 96.2%, RSD was 1.14%(n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple,specific and accurate, and can be used for the determination of chloroacetic acid residues in sodium carboxymethyl starch (pulp).
