摘要:
在国家全面振兴教师教育的战略要求下，各大师范院校都面临着“再师范化”的二次转型。如何构建高效稳定的教学技能训练体系，成了地方师范院校“再师范化”转型的首要任务。文章将以地方师范高校在转型背景下办学的实际情况为前提，剖析现师范生教学技能训练体系的现状，结合各种新型有效的教学技能训练体系，探讨符合地方高校师范生教学技能训练的高效新体系。
Abstract:
Under the strategic requirements of the national comprehensive revitalization of teacher education, all normal universities are facing the second transformation of "re-normal". How to build an efficient and stable teaching skills training system has become the primary task of "re-normal" transformation of local normal universities. Based on the actual situation of local normal universities in the context of transformation, this paper analyzes the current situation of the teaching skills training system of normal students, combined with a variety of new and effective teaching skills training system, discusses the efficient new system in line with the local normal university students teaching skills training.
