目标：采用贫血严重程度划分标准，对重症医学科老年内科患者贫血情况作出分析，可以对贫血患者及早的进行治疗干预，更好地指导临床工作。方法：连续收集2016年1月1日至2017年12月31日广西壮族自治区工人医院重症医学科的病人资料分析。结果：102例重症医学科老年内科病人中没有以贫血为指征收住的病例；贫血在并存疾病谱中占83.33%，位列第一位，是并存疾病中最常见的疾病；中度及以上贫血占比为50.98%。结论：重症医学科老年内科病人并存慢性贫血较多；重症医学科老年内科病人以中度贫血为主，极易因病情变化成为重度贫血；重症医学科老年内科病人贫血症状常不典型，病情较隐匿，容易漏诊、漏治。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the anemia situation of the geriatric internal medicine patients in intensive care unit by using the classification standard of anemia severity, so as to provide early treatment intervention for the patients with anemia and better guide the clinical work. Methods: The data of patients in intensive care unit of Workers Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2017 were collected and analyzed. Results: There was no case with anemia as the indications in 102 geriatric internal medicine patients in intensive care unit anemia accounted for 83.33% of the spectrum of coexisting diseases, ranking first, and was the most common disease in the spectrum of coexisting diseases moderate and above anemia accounted for 50.98%. Conclusion: There are more geriatric internal medicine patients with chronic anemia in intensive care unit the geriatric internal medicine patients in intensive care unit are mainly moderate anemia, which is easy to become severe anemia due to the change of illness the symptoms of anemia in geriatric internal medicine patients in intensive care unit are often atypical, and the condition is hidden, so it is easy to miss diagnosis and treatment.
