摘要:
目的:对某一典型的TOMO设备机房进行屏蔽效果估算和监测评价分析。方法:依据电子直线加速器治疗室设计方案,采用GBZ/T 201.2-2011附录D推荐的方法估算某TOMO机房屏蔽墙和防护门处剂量率,同时对该运行后的TOMO机房的场所辐射环境进行监测。结果:从理论估算结果可知,该TOMO机房各侧墙体、防护门、顶棚上方的剂量率估算值均小于2.5 μSv/h;从实际监测结果可知,TOMO机房外围的辐射剂量率为环境本底水平。结论:该TOMO机房的屏蔽效果能够满足标准规定的剂量率限值要求。
Abstract:
Objective: To perform shielding effect estimation and monitoring evaluation analysis for a typical TOMO equipment room. Methods: According to the design scheme of electron linear accelerator treatment room, the method recommended in GBZ/T 201.2-2011 appendix D is used to estimate the dose rate at the shielding wall and protective door of a TOMO equipment room, and the radiation environment of the TOMO equipment room after operation is monitored. Results: From the theoretical estimation results, it can be seen that the estimated dose rates on each side walls, protective doors, and ceiling of the TOMO equipment room are less than 2.5 μSv/h. From the actual monitoring results, it can be seen that the radiation dose rate around the tomo machine room is the environmental background level. Conclusion: The shielding effect of the TOMO equipment room can meet the requirements of dose rate limit specified by the standard.
