摘要:
基于文献计量与内容分析法对提升“互联网＋”养老服务供需匹配度研究发现，“互联网＋”养老服务是中国养老和互联网交互碰撞下的新产物。由于政策推动不足、企业创新设计不成熟和购买者观念等多方因素影响，导致“互联网＋”养老服务陷入供需不平衡困境。因此从政府、企业入手提升此类服务，能有效促进我国养老服务事业持续健康发展。
Abstract:
Based on literature measurement and content analysis method to improve the matching degree of supply and demand of "Internet +" elderly care service, it is found that "Internet +" elderly care service is a new product under the interaction of Chinas elderly care service and Internet. Due to the lack of policy promotion, immaturity of enterprise innovation design and buyers concept and other factors, "Internet +" elderly care service falls into the dilemma of imbalance between supply and demand. Therefore, starting from the government and enterprises to improve such services can effectively promote the sustainable and healthy development of Chinas elderly care service.
