摘要:
目前公认牙周病是多因素疾病,除了牙菌斑及其产物是引发牙周病必不可少的始动因子外,牙周病的发生、发展还受其他局部刺激因素和全身因素的影响,使牙周病诊断和治疗变得非常复杂。牙周病是多因素疾病的特性增加了口腔医学生的学习难度,也是口腔牙周病学专业型研究生培养教学的难点。文章通过循证医学结合案例讨论,阐述在口腔牙周病学专业型研究生培养中的应用,目的在于培养学生循证医学的思维方式,提高口腔牙周病的临床决策能力。
Abstract:
At present, periodontal disease is recognized as a multifactorial disease. In addition to plaque and its products are essential initiating factors of periodontal disease, the occurrence and development of periodontal disease are also affected by other local stimulating factors and systemic factors, which makes the diagnosis and treatment of periodontal disease very complicated. Periodontal disease is a multifactorial disease, which increases the learning difficulty of stomatology students, and it is also a difficult point in the cultivation and teaching of oral periodontology professional postgraduates. Based on evidence-based medicine combined with case discussion, this paper expounds the application of evidence-based medicine in the cultivation of postgraduates majoring in oral periodontology. The purpose is to cultivate students thinking mode of evidence-based medicine and improve their clinical decision-making ability of oral periodontitis.
