摘要:
工匠精神是各行业发展的需要,文章以中职电子专业学生工匠精神培养为例提出了培养工匠精神的三个途径,即:修订课程标准,融入工匠精神,让学生在潜移默化中涵养工匠精神;采用情境教学法,再现工作场景,培养学生工匠精神;组建水电安装教学实践团队,以点带面,培养和传承工匠精神。
Abstract:
Craftsman spirit is the need of the development of various industries. Taking the cultivation of craftsman spirit of secondary vocational electronics students as an example, this paper puts forward three ways to cultivate craftsman spirit, namely: revise the curriculum standards, integrate craftsman spirit, and let students cultivate craftsman spirit imperceptibly the situational teaching method is adopted to reproduce the working scene and cultivate the craftsman spirit of students set up the teaching practice team of hydropower installation, cultivate and inherit the craftsman spirit from point to area.
