摘要:
男性不育是全球性的公共卫生问题,约一半的男性不育可归因于精液质量异常,而一些可改变的因素与男性生殖健康紧密相关。文章对影响男性精液质量的可改变危险因素(如烟酒消费、抗氧化剂摄入、体重指数、体育锻炼、心理因素、电磁辐射暴露以及污染空气暴露等)进行分析、为临床治疗提供一些借鉴参考。
Abstract:
Male infertility is a global public health problem. About half of male infertility can be attributed to abnormal semen quality, and some factors that can be changed are closely related to male reproductive health. This paper analyzes the risk factors that affect the quality of male semen (such as tobacco and alcohol consumption, antioxidant intake, body mass index, physical exercise, psychological factors, electromagnetic radiation exposure and air pollution exposure, etc.) to provide some reference for clinical treatment.
