摘要:
随着社会经济技术水平在不断提高，市场竞争不断加剧，企业要发展就必须要积极引进先进管理模式。文章通过卓越绩效管理模式的定义，以及卓越绩效管理模式在企业管理中的具体运用、成效，为帮助企业明确战略定位，确定工作方向和思路，提升企业管理提供一定的参考。
Abstract:
With the continuous improvement of social economic and technological level and the increasing market competition, enterprises must actively introduce advanced management mode in order to develop. Through the definition of excellent performance management mode, as well as the specific application and effectiveness of excellent performance management mode in enterprise management, this paper provides some reference for helping enterprises to clear their strategic positioning, determine the direction and ideas of work, and improve enterprise management.
