目的:探索基于“互联网+教育”模式下PBL教学法对临床医学大一新生教学的应用研究。方法:选取广西中医药大学2019级临床医学专业大一新生200名,随机分为对照组(100名)和观察组(100名),对照组采用传统教学法,观察组开展教改课程《临床思维与技能》,并在这门课程中采用“互联网+教育”模式下PBL教学法,其余课程授课方法同对照组,最后根据DREEM量表及人体系统解剖学、生物化学的考试成绩评估两组教学效果及教育环境情况。结果:观察组DREEM量表总分及其中各方面的评分,还有人体系统解剖学、生物化学的成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于“互联网+教育”模式下PBL教学法可提高临床医学大一新生的教学效果及改善教育环境,有助于优质型医学人才的培养。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the application research of PBL teaching method based on the "Internet + education" mode in the teaching of freshmen in clinical medicine. Methods: A total of 200 freshmen from Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine majoring in clinical medicine in 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group (100 cases) and observation group (100 cases). The control group used traditional teaching methods, and the observation group carried out the teaching reform course Clinical Thinking and Skills, and the PBL teaching method under the Internet + education mode is adopted in this course. The remaining courses are taught in the same way as the control group. Finally, the teaching effect and educational environment of the two groups are evaluated based on the DREEM scale and the test scores of human system anatomy and biochemistry. Environmental conditions. Results: The total score of the DREEM scale in the observation group and the scores in all aspects, as well as the performance of human system anatomy and biochemistry were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: PBL teaching method based on the Internet + education mode can improve the teaching effect of clinical medicine freshmen and improve the educational environment, which is helpful for the cultivation of high-quality medical talents.
