摘要:
慢性胃炎为胃黏膜出现慢性炎症相关症状的疾病，属于消化内科多见疾病，慢性胃炎患者存在多种症状表现，对慢性胃炎患者机体健康形成一定危害。所以，针对慢性胃炎患者需尽早予以针对性治疗干预，积极改善慢性胃炎患者症状表现，促进慢性胃炎患者病情得以好转。文章从抵抗慢性胃炎患者体内胃酸合成的西药、根除慢性胃炎患者体内幽门螺杆菌的西药、抵抗慢性胃炎患者肠上皮化生和异型增生的西药、保护慢性胃炎患者胃黏膜的西药等多个方面开展研究，总结慢性胃炎患者的西药治疗情况相关临床研究方面现状和进展状况。
Abstract:
Chronic gastritis is a disease with chronic inflammation-related symptoms in the gastric mucosa. It is a common disease in gastroenterology. Patients with chronic gastritis have a variety of symptoms, which poses a certain hazard to the health of patients with chronic gastritis. Therefore, for patients with chronic gastritis, targeted treatment and intervention are needed as soon as possible to actively improve the symptoms of patients with chronic gastritis and promote the improvement of patients with chronic gastritis. This article from the resistance of gastric acid synthesis in patients with chronic gastritis, eradication of helicobacter pylori in patients with chronic gastritis, resistance of intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia in patients with chronic gastritis, protection of gastric mucosa in patients with chronic gastritis and other aspects of western medicine to carry out research, summarizes the status quo and progress of western medicine treatment in patients with chronic gastritis.
