摘要:
小儿脑性瘫痪是临床上儿科多见的神经系统疾病，主要表现为发育迟缓、活动受限等症候群，其发病率也逐渐升高，迄今为止小儿脑瘫的临床治疗尚未有特效疗法，以康复治疗为主。但随着中医药研究的深入发展研究及不断探索，大量临床研究表明，针灸、推拿、中药等中医药疗法在该病的治疗上有良好的治疗作用，可以明显改善小儿脑瘫患儿的活动功能障碍和提高日常生活能力。文章总结近年来中医药在小儿脑瘫康复中的临床应用文献，从中药内治法、针灸推拿、综合疗法进行具体阐述。
Abstract:
Cerebral palsy is a common neurological disease in pediatrics. It mainly shows symptoms such as retardation and activity limitation. Its incidence rate has gradually increased. So far, there are no specific therapies for children with cerebral palsy, and rehabilitation therapy is the main treatment. However, with the development of the research of traditional Chinese medicine and continuous exploration, a large number of clinical studies show that acupuncture, massage, traditional Chinese medicine and other traditional Chinese medicine therapy have a good therapeutic effect on the treatment of the disease, can significantly improve the children with cerebral palsy of the activity dysfunction and improve the daily living ability. This paper summarizes the clinical application literature of Chinese medicine in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy in recent years, and elaborates on the internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and massage, and comprehensive therapy.
