摘要:
商业银行作为我国现代经济结构的重要组成部分,为国家经济建设作出了巨大贡献。随着金融市场的不断开放,金融市场体系不断健全,现代商业银行也面临着同业竞争激烈、客户流失等各方面的挑战。如何在竞争激烈的金融环境中不断开拓新的市场,同时保证原有的零售老客户不流失,是当前银行业面临的一个不小的难题,通过研究现代商业银行客户忠诚度及其影响因素,对商业银行如何有效提高客户忠诚度提出相应策略,从而可以不断提高商业银行盈利能力,并且通过老客户拓展更多的市场份额,为银行业金融机构在硝烟四起的市场竞争中提升核心竞争力贡献一份力量。
Abstract:
As an important part of Chinas modern economic structure, commercial banks have made great contributions to national economic construction. With the continuous opening of the financial market and the continuous improvement of the financial market system, modern commercial banks are also facing fierce competition customer churn and other challenges. How to continuously develop new markets in the competitive financial environment, while ensuring that the original retail customers do not lose, is a big problem faced by the current banking industry. By studying the customer loyalty of modern commercial banks and its influencing factors, this paper puts forward corresponding strategies on how to effectively improve the customer loyalty of commercial banks, so as to continuously improve the profitability of commercial banks, and to expand more market share through old customers, for the banking financial institutions in the plumes contribute to enhance the core competitiveness of market competition.
