摘要:
随着社会经济的不断发展和进步，国家越来越重视职业卫生管理工作。近年来，虽然企业的职业卫生培训工作有了明显的改善，但是仍然存在着一些问题。文章讨论了与职业卫生教育和培训企业主要负责人和职业卫生管理人员有关的一些问题，并提出了一些完善职业卫生培训的提议，进而增强企业对预防和控制职业病的认识，并确保企业工作人员的健康和安全。
Abstract:
With the continuous development and progress of social economy, the state pays more and more attention to occupational health management. In recent years, although the occupational health training of enterprises has been improved obviously, there are still some problems. This paper discusses some problems related to the main person-in-charge and occupational health managers of occupational health education and training enterprises, and points out some suggestions to improve the occupational health training, so as to enhance the awareness of enterprises on the prevention and control of occupational diseases, and ensure the health and safety of enterprise staff.
