摘要:
在如今的新媒体时代，大学生的网络话语权得到了极大提升，强烈的社会责任感与维权意识促使他们积极通过网络表达自己的诉求与意见，而社会阅历的不足往往使其舆论走向非理性，给高校网络舆情管理带来极大挑战。地方高校受到经费及人员的约束，面对复杂多变的网络舆情时更加捉襟见肘。为在有限的条件下提升网络舆情管理的实效性，地方高校应该明确舆情管理工作的主要参与主体，理清其职责。从参与主体角度出发，在组织领导、专业队伍、文化建设、校地互动、制度保障等方面发力，促进校园网络舆情走向理性的同时，也助力地方社会的和谐稳定。
Abstract:
In todays new media era, college students network discourse power has been greatly improved. Their strong sense of social responsibility and rights protection urges them to actively express their demands and opinions through the network. However, the lack of social experience often leads to irrational public opinion, which brings great challenges to the management of network public opinion in colleges and universities. Due to the constraints of funds and personnel, local colleges and universities are more constrained in the face of complex and changeable network public opinion. In order to improve the effectiveness of network public opinion management under limited conditions, local colleges and universities should clarify the main participants of public opinion management and clarify their responsibilities. From the perspective of the participants, efforts should be made in the aspects of organization and leadership, professional team, cultural construction, school local interaction, system security, etc., so as to promote the rationality of campus network public opinion, while also helping the local society to be harmonious and stable.
