摘要:
随着社会经济的快速发展，市场经济制度日益完善，此种环境下采购合同管理备受各行业企业关注，因其与企业核心竞争力、经济效益密切相关。如果企业采购合同管理制度完善，就可高效组织提高企业市场竞争优势。受行业特殊性与企业局限性影响，我国航天企业采购合同管理存在着一定的风险，加强风险控制显得尤为重要。基于此，文章针对航天企业采购合同风险控制相关知识，分析采购合同管理现状，提出航天企业采购合同风险控制方法，为相关领域的研究提供参考。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of market economy system, the procurement contract management has attracted the attention of enterprises in various industries, because it is closely related to the core competitiveness and economic benefits of enterprises. If the enterprise purchase contract management system is perfect, it can effectively organize and improve the enterprises market competitive advantage. Due to the particularity of the industry and the limitations of enterprises, there are certain risks in the procurement contract management of aerospace enterprises in China, and it is particularly important to strengthen risk control. Based on this, this paper analyzes the status quo of procurement contract management in aerospace enterprises based on the knowledge of risk control of procurement contract of aerospace enterprises, and puts forward risk control methods of procurement contract of aerospace enterprises, so as to provide reference for research in related fields.
