摘要:
文章通过对广西中医药大学药学院团委书记、辅导员、班主任以及普通学生干部的调研，找到目前广西中医药大学药学院班级建设方面存在的问题。并结合医药类院校的实际情况，从班级文化的建设、班级学生干部的培养、班级学生凝聚力的提升以及班级制度化建设等方面开展班级管理工作，以达到班级管理的有效性、针对性。
Abstract:
Through the investigation of the Secretary of the Youth League Committee, counselors, class teachers and ordinary student cadres of the College of Pharmacy of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this paper finds out the problems existing in the class construction of the college of pharmacy of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Combined with the actual situation of medical colleges and universities, from the construction of class culture, the cultivation of class student cadres, the promotion of class cohesion and the construction of class institutionalization, the class management is carried out to achieve the effectiveness and pertinence of class management.
