摘要:
目的：了解广西高校学生乙肝病毒感染状况以及他们对乙肝防治的认知情况，为更有效地开展学生乙肝健康教育提供参考。方法：采用现况调查方法，抽样调查不同学校、年级和专业的2025名广西高校学生，分析广西高校学生对乙肝的认知情况。结果：根据调查仅有23.32%的学生对乙肝病毒的了解程度较高，但对于是否接种乙肝疫苗的问题仅有55.76%的学生表示已经接种，在对待乙肝生活问题上，在性别具有显著性差异（P＜0.5），在关于乙肝医学专业相关的问题上，不同专业呈现出了较大的差异性（P＜0.5）。结论：大多数大学生在乙肝的认知了解上过浅，学校应积极开展学生乙肝健康教育，提高对乙肝的防治知识。
Abstract:
Objective: To understand the status of hepatitis B virus infection among college students in Guangxi and their cognition of hepatitis B prevention and treatment, so as to provide reference for more effective health education of hepatitis B among students. Methods: A sampling survey of 2,025 college students from different schools, grades and majors was conducted to analyze the awareness of hepatitis B among college students in Guangxi. Results: According to the survey, only 23.32% of the students had a understanding of hepatitis B virus, but the question of whether the hepatitis b vaccine only 55.76% of the students said that they had been vaccinated, and there were significant differences in gender in the treatment of hepatitis B life problems(P<0.5), in the medical profession related issues about hepatitis b, the different professional revealed a great difference(P<0.5). Conclusion: Most of the college students knowledge of hepatitis B is too shallow. Schools should actively carry out health education on hepatitis B and improve their knowledge of prevention and treatment of hepatitis B.
