摘要:
D-甘露糖是一种简单的还原性单糖,其广泛存在于自然界。同时D-甘露糖在动物体内也是一种重要的糖类化合物,具有多种生理功能,近些年关于其应用的报道也是越来越多,目前D-甘露糖主要应用于食品、医学、养殖、化学合成以及日化产业等。现制备D-甘露糖的方法有提取法、化学合成法、生物法等。文章综述了D-甘露糖的制备技术以及应用方面的研究进展。
Abstract:
D-mannose is a simple reducing monosaccharide, which is widely found in nature. The methods for preparing D-mannose are extraction method, chemical synthesis method, biological method and the like. At the same time, D-mannose is also an important saccharide compound in animals, and has many physiological functions. In recent years, there have been more and more reports on its application. At present, D-mannose is mainly used in food, medicine, aquaculture, chemical synthesis and daily chemical industries. This paper reviews the research progress in the preparation technology and application of D-mannose.
