摘要:
在中央实施乡村振兴战略背景下，许多农民工在内在动力和外在环境影响下做出了返乡创业的决定，返乡创业农民工数量与年俱增，对于实施和实现乡村振兴战略有着积极的推进意义。通过调查，许多返乡农民工在创业过程中遇到了很多问题，这些问题大多与农村的创业环境优劣有关，江苏是个农民工大省，江苏返乡农民工创业的热情高涨。因此，文章通过对江苏返乡农民工创业特征和创业环境的分析，针对其中存在的问题，提出优化返乡农民工创业环境的合理性建议，以期提高农民工创业意愿、质量和成效。
Abstract:
Under the background of the central government’s implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, many migrant workers have made the decision to return to their hometowns to start their own businesses under the influence of their internal motivation and external environment. The number of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses is increasing year by year, which has a positive significance for the implementation and realization of rural revitalization strategy. Through investigations, many returning migrant workers have encountered many problems in the process of starting a business. Most of these problems are related to the pros and cons of the entrepreneurial environment in the countryside. Jiangsu is a large province for migrant workers, and the upsurge of returning migrant workers to entrepreneurship in Jiangsu has always been high. Therefore, based on the analysis of the entrepreneurial characteristics and entrepreneurial environment of migrant workers returning to their hometowns in Jiangsu, reasonable suggestions for optimizing the entrepreneurial environment of returning migrant workers are put forward in order to improve the willingness, quality and effectiveness of entrepreneurship of migrant workers.
