摘要:
文章对食品检验专业人员所需的职业素养、工匠精神融入职业院校食品检验专业职业素养教育的必要性进行了阐述，提出培养具有工匠精神的食品检验专业人才的措施：将工匠精神植入到办学理念中、将工匠精神渗透到课堂教学中、使工匠精神在技能大赛中得到磨砺、通过校企合作激发工匠精神、营造工匠精神的校园文化氛围。
Abstract:
This paper expounds the necessity of integrating the professional quality and craftsman spirit required by food inspection professionals into the professional quality education of food inspection specialty in vocational colleges, and puts forward the measures for training food inspection professionals with craftsman spirit: implanting the craftsman spirit into the school running concept, infiltrating the craftsman spirit into the classroom teaching, and grinding the craftsman spirit in the skill competition. Through school enterprise cooperation, we can stimulate the spirit of craftsmen and create a campus cultural atmosphere of craftsmanship spirit.
