摘要:
地方经济发展需要依靠本地高校提供技术与人才，为满足相关需求许多地方高校向应用型高校转型，在此背景下了解高校改革发展情况有重要意义。文章介绍了应用型本科高校在转型过程中出现的问题，阐述了对今后改革方向的见解，并从教师工程实践能力培养、学生毕业发展前景规划、政府企业与高校深度结合、基础设施建设等方面探讨了相关措施。
Abstract:
Local economic development needs to rely on local colleges and universities to provide technology and talents. In order to meet the relevant needs, many local colleges and universities are transforming into application-oriented universities. In this context, it is of great significance to understand the reform and development of colleges and universities. This paper introduces the problems in the transformation process of application-oriented universities, expounds the views on the future reform direction, and discusses the relevant measures from the aspects of teachers engineering practice ability training, students graduation development prospect planning, the deep combination of government enterprises and universities, and infrastructure construction.
